Canvas Information

Welcome to the Lurleen B. Wallace Community College Canvas Information page. This page provides valuable and necessary information for all distance education students using Canvas. LBW migrated to Canvas spring 2013. The Canvas Learning Management System is a user friendly system that contains all of the College's web based content.

Canvas is the learning management system used for distance learning courses at Lurleen B. Wallace Community College. The primary reason for having this site is to inform the student of the Canvas platform, and provide valuable information about the product as well as the technical information you will need to see that your computer system is capable of running Canvas. Please review the links below. Make sure that your system is compatible with the information in the links provided below. If not, you may need to update some of your programs or possibly install new programs not currently loaded on your computer. Once you have reviewed the links below and made the necessary changes you should be ready to begin any distance education course at LBWCC.
