Graduation

Lurleen B. Wallace Community College students work closely with their academic advisors each semester to enroll in program-specific courses which lead to the degree or certificate they have chosen to pursue. Degree plans within myLBWCC student portal and guides through Alabama Transfers are online resources that aid students, advisors, and counselors in this process. The successful completion of all graduation requirements culminates with commencement exercises which are held once each academic year in May. These exercises are typically held in the Kiwanis Community Center on the South Bypass/Kiwanis Drive in Andalusia.
