Summer & Fall 2024 - Saints Hall Application

Application must be submitted online. There is a $200 application fee. The application may be submitted without payment but the fee is required in order to secure an assignment.

Saints Hall is located on the Andalusia Campus and is managed by Lurleen B. Wallace Community College.

Saints Hall consists of two apartment buildings. Each building contains three stories of four-bedroom apartments. By living at Saints Hall, you can walk to class in a matter of just a few minutes.

Saints Hall student apartments are also within walking distance for shopping at a Walmart Super Center. Plus, residents can enjoy student activities on campus, including tennis, volleyball, and cultural events at the Dixon Center for the Performing Arts. Home games of Saints volleyball, basketball, softball, and baseball games are also an easy walk from Saints Hall. A scenic walking trail around campus runs right in front of Saints Hall, so residents can enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

This is also a great housing option for students pursuing a career technical training program at the LBWCC campus in Opp, located only 15 miles from Andalusia.

Housing Rate

$2,000 per semester for fall and spring. $1,000 for the summer semester.

Apartments are fully furnished.

Fully functioning kitchen with appliances included, including dishwasher and microwave.


For extra security, each of the four apartment bedrooms has its own keypad door lock.


Washer, dryer and Internet wi-fi furnished!


Each apartment has two full bathrooms.
